Bounce arround the maze and collect all of the cogs. Use the arrow keys to move around. After collecting all of the cogs, step on the portal to go to the next level.
Watch out for the cops. If they catch you, you'll lose a life. The cops also split into multiple cops every so often.
Grab a silver cog to slow down the cops.
